Washington State Referees file Misconducts and Supplemental Reports for use by the RidgeStar Misconduct Project through their local Referee Chapter websites. If you are a USSF Referee that received an Assignment from an Assignor unaffiliated with the RidgeStar Misconduct Project, you can complete Misconduct and Supplemental reports via the Washington State SRC Site by logging on there and clicking to Referee: Misconducts. Do NOT register on this site...use the SRC site to file Misconduct Reports.
